Real Love at Cummins Falls

When I saw one of these candid images come across The Tennessee Bride Instagram feed, I knew this would be perfect for a real love post! Although The Tennessee Bride is focused on bringing inspiration to brides through lovely weddings with interesting details, the other focus is on celebrating real love. These images are from/of photographer Elizabeth Looney. She was kind enough to share a perfect summer afternoon with us and give us all some fun ideas for soaking in love through the summer sun!

Tell us about this day? These photos are from a day at Cummins Falls. We spent the whole day hiking having a picnic, swimming and climbing up inside a beautiful water fall.

Tell us about some of your favorite summertime activities to do together? Going to my river house, boating, fishing, 4-Wheeling, Making Homemade ice-cream, exploring new place, adventures, cooking, concerts, corn-hole, and working out.

What is the perfect date night? Perfect date night is doing something we both enjoy whether it be bowling, A movie, or a night out on the town. Eating at our favorite restaurant or cooking our favorite meal at the house. And just enjoying each other's company and getting to know each other more deeply. What makes any date a perfect date is the time spent together, no matter what we do.

How'd you meet? We met when I was around 10 years old. I always had a little bit of a crush on him because he was one of my older cousins friends... Nothing really ever came of it and we went our separate ways until after college when our paths crossed again.
